Surface Hygiene Monitoring ATP System Wherever food residue is present, there is a risk of microbial contamination. While culture tests can detect the presence of microorganisms, ATP tests also detect the presence of food residues and therefore provides a more complete indicator of risk. Also, culture tests take several days for a complete measurement while ATP results are available within seconds. The Kikkoman LuciPac ATP pen is designed specifically for measuring contamination on surfaces in the food & medical hygiene industries. When used together with the Kikkoman Lumitester PD-20 luminometer, surface contamination can be detected anywhere at any time. LuciPac tests are best suited for cleanliness control in food manufacturing and processing plants, transportation and distribution facilities, supermarkets, and food preparation facilities such as kitchens. Medical applications such as hospitals and clinics can also benefit from LuciPac technology. Advantages of Kikkoman surface tests: Small and lightweight – The PD-20 is the world's smallest luminometer (235 g, without battery). Simple and speedy – "Swab and measure. That's all". Total measuring time is only 10 seconds. High sensitivity – in addition to measuring ATP, LuciPac tests also measure AMP (Adenosine Monophosphate), a molecule generated from ATP during processing, such as heating and fermentation. Note: LuciPac pens and PD-20 luminometer are not compatible for use in fluid applications, nor are they interchangable with other LuminUltra products.

1) PD-20為掌上型環境衛生檢測儀，大小就像一般倉儲所使用的條碼機，配合拋棄式樣品採檢棒，對於廠商內部衛生管理人員或是衛生單位來說，不但可以隨身攜帶至食品製造各個檢查點，即時進行現場檢測，並可在十秒內以儀器讀值確認食品製造或處理過程中所使用到之容器或用具是否已達到足夠之清潔度。除了可以測出細菌殘留外，亦可偵測出在處理器具或裝置上所殘留之食物殘渣，避免因未清潔乾淨而造成細菌滋生，危害食用者的健康。

BIOVISION公司提供的Apo-BrdU IHC kit#k403-50，應用高專一性的抗BrdU抗體，專一性辨視dUTP位置。為了在IHC免疫染色過程中，增加呈色的效果及訊號，BIOVISION在抗BrdU抗體上連結BIOTIN，藉由BIOTIN可與strep-Avidin-HRP結合，增強及改善抗體的訊號，讓TUNEL 分析更容易。所以在顯微鏡下DNA的斷裂處就會呈現褐色，可以辨識細胞是否有自然凋亡的現象。產品附有methyl green solution可計算細胞染色。

Fluorescent Proteins Fluorescent proteins (e.g., EGFP) have become well established marker for gene expression and protein targeting in intact cells and organisms. These recombinant proteins were purified using a proprietary technology that ensures highest purity and fluorescence intensity. Fluorescence proteins are very useful in gene expression and many other applications including: Use as standards for SDS-PAGE, Western blot analysis, fluorometer and flow cytometer calibration, fluorescence microscopy, and microinjection into cells and tissues, etc. The recombinant fluorescence proteins can also be conjugated to other proteins. Antibodies against these proteins and mammalian expression vectors, as well as GFP quantification kit area also available. BFP CFP EGFP RFP (dsRed) RFP (mCherry) YFP Fluorescent Proteins Set Fluorescent Protein Antibodies Set   Protein A/G/L & Affinity Conjugates BioVision offers unique recombinant protein A, G, L. These genetically engineered proteins contain only the IgG binding regions and have 6X His-tag on their N-terminus. Other domains such as cell wall binding region, albumin binding region and other non-specific binding regions have been eliminated from all these three proteins to ensure the maximum specific IgG binding. The 6X His-tag on N-terminus of these proteins can be used for affinity purification or for protein A/G/L detection using anti-His-tag antibody (Cat.# 3998-100). These unique, high quality recombinant Protein A, G and L are produced in E. coli, and purified using multiple chromatographic steps (not affinity purified with human IgG). Purity is > 98% by SDS-PAGE and HPLC. Endotoxin level is < 0.05 EU/mg of Protein. Protein A, G and L bind to most mammalian immunoglobulins in their Fc binding domains and therefore are ideal for purification of polyclonal or monoclonal IgG antibodies. The combinations of Protein A/G and Protein A/G/L are also available, allowing the maximum recovery during antibody purifications.
